Dark Truth of Shark Tank India : Shark Tank derives its name from the fierce nature of its business. The Shark Tank title uses the metaphor of a tank full of sharks that easily catch prey. Sharks are also likened to successful businessmen. Not everyone on the show can make it through a school of sharks.
Concept of the shark tank
The show features a group of potential investors called “sharks” who hear entrepreneurs pitch ideas for companies and products they want to develop. These self-made millionaires evaluate the business concepts and products presented and decide whether to invest money to help market and mentor each candidate. Ranvijay Sinha for the season, but was replaced by comedian Rahul Dua in the second season.
Judges season 1
An investor group where sharks come together to listen to entrepreneurs’ ideas and celebrate investing in those that see the greatest potential. Shark Tank India is a Indian translation of the American show Shark Tank. The jury consisted of Namita Thapar of Emcure Pharma, Anupam Mittal of Shaadi.com, Vineeta Singh of Sugar Cosmetics, Ghazal Alagh of Mamaearth, Peyush Bansal of Lenskart, Aman Gupta of Boat and Ashneer Grover of BharatPe.

Namita Thapar and Singh, managing directors of Emcure Pharmaceuticals. Ashneer Grover – is not be a part of Season 2.

Amit Jain is the new shark of the season, replacing BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover as one of the judges for Shark Tank India Season 2. Amit Jain is the co-founder of The CarDekho, his online portal that facilitates the purchare and sale of used and new cars. Amit Jain is also an Indian Institute of Technology Delhi graduate and founded the company in 2007 with his younger brother Anurag Jain. CarDekho’s Amit Jain has an estimated net worth of almost Rs 2.9 billion as per various media reports.
Anupam Mittal
