Neena unveiled a captivating revelation from her illustrious past. She disclosed the occurrence of a remarkable incident where she was required to engage in a poignant on-screen kiss with her co-star, Dilip Dhawan, in a Zee TV show called Dillagi. Despite her commendable ability to portray the scene with conviction, fate took an unexpected turn as it was ultimately excised from the show, leaving a lingering sense of intrigue.

In a interview ,Neena shared a remarkable anecdote about her experience in a groundbreaking moment on Indian television. She reminisced about the first-ever lip-to-lip kissing scene featured in a Zee TV show. Neena expressed her inner turmoil, confessing, “I couldn’t sleep the entire night, pondering over how I would approach the kiss. It wasn’t as though he was a close friend; we were merely acquaintances. Although he was handsome, physical attractiveness didn’t hold much significance in such circumstances.

Physically, I felt uncomfortable.” Despite her apprehension, Neena summoned her acting prowess and resolved to view it as a challenge. However, due to an unfavorable response from the audience, the scene had to be eliminated. In the movie, she portrayed the character of Madanika, a courtesan slave residing in Vasantsena’s (played by Rekha) abode.
