Barracuda Queens Trailer out: Netflix has revealed the full-length official trailer for the upcoming Swedish-language series, ‘Barracuda Queens’. Inspired by true events, the girl gang heist series, ‘Barracuda Queens’ will release worldwide on Netflix on June 5, 2023.

‘Barracuda Queens’ series is based on true events and follows a group of young girls group in the 1990s who turn to theft to rebel, seek adventure, and get revenge on men who have wronged them. The show depicts a world in which some people get away with doing wrong while others do not.

Plot of Barracuda Queens:
The series is set in 1995 at the beginning of the electrifying “girl power” era. Lolo, Clara, Frieda and Mia are four rich and privileged Jersholm girls who, after partying on Barracuda Beach, have dubbed themselves the “Barracuda Queens”. When they’re faced with a huge party bill, the girls hatch a risky plan to rob their new neighbor Amina’s house.
Things don’t go according to plan, but Amina is more interested in joining the group than in bringing charges. The sisters become involved in an escalating house burglary campaign against their annoying rich neighbors. They are high-achieving schoolgirls and daughters by day, but ruthless thieves by night, looking for adventure, redemption and vengeance against the men who have wronged them.
